Current IGB impact band profiles

In IGB, they have three tracks matching the digital pillars:

1. Engineering
2. Product
3. Design

In each, there are 6 levels of impact defined, each with its own title per track, let's see the Engineering example:

1. Fellow Product Engineer
2. Product Engineer
3. Senior Product Engineer
4. Staff Product Engineer
5. Principal Product Engineer
6. Distinguished Product Engineer

After staff level, all three tracks can merge into a special, management track, who focuses on interdisciplinary leadership. Their levels continue as:

1. Director
2. Vice President
3. Partner
