Architectural Pillars
Four main pillars underpin the successful and lightning-fast digital delivery:
- Evolutionary architecture: heterogeneous tech stack, using the proper tool for any given job, not sticking to a single stack just for comfort.
- Testing trophy: focus on end-to-end testing instead of nuclear unit testing as 80% of bugs come from systems interfacing (Pareto-principle applied to problem prioritization).
- Proactive maintenance: important that we as the organization and team are ahead of our users and customers at discovering issues and ideally even fixing them before serious consequences appear.
